Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms of Use ("the Terms") set out the conditions for using the iPad app "BoardStrategist" ("the App") provided by BZGAGA ("we" or "us").

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. The purchase of the App itself is a one-time purchase.

The App offers an optional paid subscription, "BoardStrategist Pro". You can use the App with the one-time purchase alone; subscribing to BoardStrategist Pro is not required. If you subscribe to BoardStrategist Pro, the subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can review, change, or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Payments are processed through Apple (the App Store).

3. Prohibited conduct

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Redistributing, reselling, or renting out the App
• Using the App for unlawful purposes
• Removing copyright notices or other proprietary notices from the App

4. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights relating to the App belong to us. Rights to the data you create within the App (team information, game records, and the like) belong to you.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the following.

• Loss or corruption of data
• Temporary malfunctions or bugs in the App
• Indirect damages arising from use of the App

6. Updates

We may provide updates to the App, but we do not guarantee that updates will be provided.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may change the Terms without prior notice. The revised Terms take effect when they are posted on this page.

8. Governing law

The Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
